Is Debt Keeping You Up At Night?

Overwhelming debt takes a toll on your physical and mental well-being.

From our years of experience, we can tell you that an individual’s state of mind and outlook in general changes significantly once debt problems have been addressed.

Being unable to make your monthly minimum payments or constantly figuring out how you can ‘rob Peter to pay Paul’ is very consuming and takes your focus of other things in your life. Being overly distracted by debt makes you take your “eye off the ball”, and can effect your ability to properly do basic things such as conversing with your friends and family, or even how well you focus while driving.

Rather than being kept awake at night by trying to figure out how you are going to find funds to make that transfer to your line of credit,, would it not be better to be thinking about how to take care of other things as well- such as doing your job better, how to use your time better, reviewing your other goals in life, anything besides being obsessed with meeting these obligations?

So while you are in what we call “debt-crisis” mode, try to keep your life balanced, while you are trying to find a way out. Yes you should be concerned, and that is why it is keeping you up at night- just do not forget that other things are not being addressed. Eat well, exercise, and sleep, and the more you exercise, the better you will sleep.

And most importantly, call a professional. We can help. It is what we do. And remember that calling us will cost you nothing, and there is no obligation, and it does not mean it is the end. It could be the beginning of your future life, without thinking ONLY about debt.
